  • The top team in each division from each country will be seeded 1 through 2 and will receive a bye to the quarterfinals.
  • Teams seeded 3 through 6 from each country will play in a best of three elimination series on the play-in day.
  • Teams seeded 7 through 8 from each country will be eliminated.
