looking for assistant with lots of free time

As everyone knows i been running fla/sa for 6 seasons. As i have always had a busy work schedule, this will be worse than all. I am the manager on thirds so i work 7pm to 9am 4 nights a week. Some days ill be around all the time others not at all...so im looking for an assistant that will be able to step up and run the team when im not around. I will go into more detail in private convo...if u are interested and think you have the time my skype is ballachick3...i prefer you to have ran a team before..any level, or assistant of nhl, but i will interview anyone...also would like someone over 18, but again just preferences..hmu if interested...if i do not find the right person, i may have to step down..in which i do not want to do but will have no choice!
